Fellowship
Potluck – join us after the church service the first Sunday of every month for fun and food. All are welcome; there is always plenty to eat. Note: September 2010 potluck will be on September 12.
Coffee Hour – immediately after the church service on Sundays when we aren’t having the potluck. Join us for light refreshments and conversation.
Spiritual Growth Group – every Thursday at 8:30am at the church. Come join us for fellowship and prayer as you start your day.
Episcopal Church Women (ECW) – this group is open to all the women of the church. We meet throughout the year to plan social activities for the entire church. Meetings take place usually on the 3rd Sunday of the month immediately after the church service. Some of the activities are Easter Breakfast, Summer Picnic, and Thankful Dinner in the fall.
Daughters of the King -- The Order of the Daughters of the King® (DOK) is a spiritual sisterhood of women dedicated to a life of Prayer, Service and Evangelism. We have made a commitment to Jesus as our Savior, and we follow Him as Lord of our lives. For more information, http://www.doknational.com/
Men’s Breakfast group -- this group meets on the first Saturday of the month at the church at 8:00am. We will be discussing the book, Have a little faith by Mitch Albom. Join us for discussion and fellowship. Light refreshments served.
Christian Education
Adult study group – Sundays 9:00am – join us for a lively discussion of the day’s Gospel reading
Children’s Sunday school – Sundays 9:00am – class to begin again on Sunday, September 12th
Youth Group – meets every Sunday at 9am at the Burger King on 1675 Wright Avenue in Alma. All teens are welcome. Church service to follow at 10am
Outreach
Fred Meijer Heartland Trail – access to trail from Luce Road – visitors are welcome to park in the church parking lot.
Thrift/Consignment Store – We strive to maintain an attractive and organized store where customers can acquire quality merchandise at affordable prices. Proceeds from the store are divided equally among world, local, and parish ministries.
